Enter patient demographic data into the medical billing system precisely, making sure it complies with source papers and established procedures for our Chennai operations.

For our Chennai-based procedures, confirm patient information such as name, date of birth, address, insurance information, and other pertinent data to guarantee accurate record production and reduce billing problems.

Examine insurance cards, patient registration papers, and other records to make sure you have all the demographic information required for correct billing.

Observe data entry guidelines in our Chennai office and maintain high standards of data integrity and correctness when inputting patient information into the system.

Help keep patient records and other paperwork organised and up to date.
