Role: Permanent Full Time Role

Salary: From 25K per month

Responsibilities: 

Pre-Call Analysis: Research and prepare for calls with payers.

Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for insurance companies.

Post-Call Analysis: Document and follow up on after-call actions.

Customer Support: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints through calls.

Information Accuracy: Provide accurate information about products, services, authorizations, and medical documentation.

Education: Any Basic Degree 

Location: Chennai

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
