Roles and Responsibilities:

You would be in charge of accurately and quickly entering payments received from patients and insurance companies in the US into our medical billing system as a Payment Posting Executive based in Chennai. Excellent attention to detail and a solid grasp of Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) are required for this position. You will acquire fundamental understanding about patient responsibility, payment inconsistencies, and refusal grounds, which will help healthcare professionals with correct account reconciliation and effective revenue flow.

Skills:

basic knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 codes, EOBs/ERAs, and the medical billing cycle.

It is advantageous to have experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical billing software.

strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for reconciliation.
