Outstanding analytical abilities to spot patterns of denial and provide fixes.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for efficient coordination with internal stakeholders and payers.

proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, billing software, and denial management systems.

the capacity to fulfil quality and productivity standards while working night shifts.
