Join our expanding medical billing team as a Medical Billing Associate at our Chennai-based company. By making sure that claims are filed accurately and quickly, you will play a critical part in the healthcare revenue cycle, directly enhancing our clients' financial well-being and our own success.

Responsibilities:

Prepare clean claims by accurately reviewing patient data, insurance details, and medical records.

Post insurance company and patient payments into the billing system with accuracy.

Acquire and utilise fundamental denial resolution techniques.

Observe all corporate guidelines and protocols pertaining to medical billing and compliance.

Effectively communicate billing concerns or complicated instances to managers and team leads.

Send timely electronic and/or paper claims to different insurance payers.

Qualification:

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying claim issues.

Basic verbal and written communication skills in English for internal communication.

Education: Any Basic Graduation 

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
