Job Description

Primary Task: Accurately and efficiently enter patient demographic and medical billing data into the system, ensuring timely processing of claims.

Responsibilities

Input patient demographics, insurance information, and medical service details into the billing system.

Verify accuracy of data entry by comparing information with source documents.

Process and enter medical claims, including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.

Maintain organized and accurate electronic records of patient and billing information.

Ensure data entry adheres to HIPAA regulations and company confidentiality policies.

Required Abilities:

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of medical billing.

Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
