Job Description

Responsibilities:

In the billing system, accurately insert patient data, insurance details, and medical codes (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10) from source documents (such as patient charts, superbills, and encounter forms).

Check the patient's insurance perks and eligibility.

Find and fix claim denials that are connected to coding or demographics by updating the data in the system and submitting claims again.

Keep abreast of payer needs, coding norms, and regulatory changes.

Respect patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

Experience: 0 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
Location: Chennai
