Responsibilities

Accurately enter patient charges into the electronic health record (EHR) or practice management system based on medical records and physician orders.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of all charge entries, including CPT, ICD-10 codes, and patient demographics.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient demographics and insurance information in the billing system.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry and data maintenance.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
