knowledge of medical anatomy and terminology.

outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.

the capacity to interact with patients, insurance providers, and other medical specialists in an efficient manner.

proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, practice management software, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
