To join our vibrant medical billing team in Chennai, we are looking for an AR Caller who is extremely motivated and articulate. In order to follow up on unresolved medical claims, settle billing disputes, and guarantee prompt and accurate reimbursement for our healthcare clients, you will be in charge of proactively contacting US insurance companies. A strong revenue cycle depends on this position, which calls for outstanding problem-solving, communication, and negotiating abilities.

Responsibilities

Call US insurance companies directly to find out the status of medical claims that have not been paid or have been paid in full.

Determine and classify denial trends in order to offer suggestions for process enhancement.

Make sure all paperwork complies with HIPAA regulations and company standards.

Inform supervisors or the AR Analyst team of any persistent billing problems or trends that result in denials.

Reach or surpass goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for calls, claims settled, and collection rates.

Skills:

proficiency in computer navigation and knowledge of medical billing software.

high degree of precision and focus on details.

knowledge of patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Experience: 3+ yrs
