Responsibilities

Claims Follow-up: Follow up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid and denied claims.

Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Analysis: Review EOBs to identify and resolve payment discrepancies.

Communication: Communicate with providers and patients regarding billing issues.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all activities.

Performance Metrics: Meet key performance indicators related to claim resolution and payment collection.

Role: AR Analyst

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Salary: Based on Previous Experience
