We are looking to add an AR Caller to our team who is driven and results-driven. Getting in touch with patients and insurance companies as an AR Caller will be essential to guaranteeing prompt payment of unpaid medical bills.

Requirements:

Contact patients and insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical bills.

Resolve billing inquiries and address patient concerns regarding their accounts

Negotiate payment plans and secure payment arrangements with patients and insurance companies

Research and resolve denied or unpaid insurance claims

Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and data privacy guidelines

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong listening and negotiation skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and insurance representatives.

Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on patient satisfaction.

Ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts professionally
