Shift: Day (8 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Verify that payments are accurately posted and matched the service dates and claim details.

Use ERAs and EOBs to collect relevant payment information, then accurately enter it into the billing system.

Make and review payment posting reports to identify trends and potential issues.

Analyse and correct any issues or irregularities with payments.

Respect HIPAA regulations by protecting patient financial information.

Maintain detailed and orderly records of every payment posting process.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
