Responsibilities:

Contact insurance companies and/or patients to follow up on outstanding accounts.

Research and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and rejections.

Analyze aging reports and prioritize accounts for follow-up.

Document all communication and actions taken in the billing system.

Negotiate payment arrangements with insurance companies and/or patients.

Qualification:

Strong understanding of billing and insurance claims processing.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze and interpret insurance EOBs and remittance advice.

Proficiency in using billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Education: Any Basic Degree

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
