To efficiently settle outstanding amounts, negotiate settlements and payment plans with patients and insurance providers while adhering to set protocols.

Reach and surpass the monthly and daily collection goals established by the Chennai-based organisation.

Answer incoming calls from payers and patients with questions about billing and processing payments while delivering top-notch customer support.

To provide effective claim processing and payment collection, work closely with Chennai's billing, coding, and other pertinent departments.
