Responsibilities

- Claims processing: Accurately process medical claims, including patient demographic details and payment posting, using customer-provided revenue cycle software.

- Productivity standards: Strive to meet or exceed productivity benchmarks while maintaining high accuracy.

- Turnaround time: Ensure adherence to customer-specified turnaround time requirements for all transactions.

- Training participation: Actively engage in induction, client-specific, and refresher training related to billing and compliance.

- KPI impact: Understand and manage how the process impacts customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Compliance: Adhere to information security guidelines set by Access Healthcare and demonstrate ethical behavior at all times.
