Responsibilities

Claim Follow-up: To enquire about pending claims, get in touch with insurance firms.

Denial Management: Examine the grounds for denial and appeal or resubmit claims as necessary.

Posting Payments: Transfer funds to patient accounts.

Data entry: Enter insurance and patient details into the billing system accurately.

Documentation: Keep thorough records of every step involved in the follow-up of a claim.

Effectively communicate with patients, insurance companies, and medical professionals.

Role: AR Caller

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai

Salary: from 14K to 18K per month
