Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance claims for medical services, inquire about unpaid bills, and attempt to resolve denials.

• Get in touch with insurance providers to find out about eligibility, settle disputes, and find out the status of claims.

• To reduce delays, make sure that unpaid claims and payments are promptly followed up on.

• Recognize patterns in the denial of claims, and provide the billing team input to enhance procedures.

• Keep thorough records of all correspondence with insurance providers and track the procedures involved in resolving claims.

• Achieve the volume and resolution goals set for each day and each week.

• Keep up with industry requirements, such as HIPAA, and adhere to the company's security and privacy rules regarding data.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Salary: From 12K per month
