Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location : Chennai

Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Accurately enter patient charges into the electronic health record (EHR) or practice management system based on medical records and physician orders.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of all charge entries, including CPT, ICD-10 codes, and patient demographics.

Research and resolve any discrepancies or errors in charges.

Assist with the review and verification of medical codes (CPT, ICD-10) for accuracy and compliance with billing regulations.

Skills:

Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and medical coding concepts (CPT, ICD-10).

Proficiency in using computers and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Strong typing skills and familiarity with keyboard shortcuts.
