Experience: 3+ years of Experience

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Enter patient demographics, such as names, residences, phone numbers, and insurance information, accurately. Enter diagnosis codes (ICD-10), procedure codes (CPT), and modifiers into the practice management system with accuracy. Check that all of the data entered is correct and complete. Determine and extract pertinent data, including as diagnoses, treatments, and prescriptions, from patient charts.
