Job Description

An experienced and meticulous AR (Accounts Receivable) Analyst is needed to join our medical billing team in Chennai. You will be in charge of handling unpaid medical claims, examining denials, contesting denials, and making sure healthcare providers receive the most money possible.

Responsibilities

To find the underlying reason for rejections, examine claims that have been rejected and underpaid.

Examine claims that have been partially or fully paid, noting any inconsistencies or reasons for nonpayment.

Reconcile patient accounts and make sure that payments and changes are posted accurately.

To find trends in denials, ageing claims, and payment patterns, create and examine AR reports.

Keep abreast of modifications to coding standards, insurance laws, and medical billing procedures.

Make sure that every AR activity complies with payer criteria, company policy, and HIPAA regulations.

Skills:

proficiency with CRM tools, practice management systems, and medical billing software.

strong accuracy and attention to detail.

the capacity to efficiently prioritise work and handle several claims at once.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech

Experience: 3+ yrs
