Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst based in Chennai, you will be responsible for conducting rigorous audits and assessments of medical billing processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with payer guidelines, client requirements, and HIPAA regulations. This includes reviewing various stages of the revenue cycle, such as charge entry, payment posting, and accounts receivable (AR) follow-up. You will identify errors, provide constructive feedback to billing teams, and collaborate on training initiatives to enhance overall quality.

Skills:

proficiency with a variety of payer portals and medical billing applications.

familiarity with methods and instruments for quality monitoring.

Outstanding English communication abilities, both in writing and speaking, for reporting and feedback.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
