Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

To address unpaid medical bills and settle any outstanding balances, call patients and insurance companies.

Respond to enquiries from patients about their accounts and provide comprehensive explanations of billing statements.

Discuss methods for paying off outstanding bills and work out payment agreements with patients.

Keep thorough and current records of every patient interaction, payment agreement, and claim settlement.

Keep a record of every conversation and action in the patient's account.

Skills:

outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.

Excellent interpersonal abilities, including the capacity to establish and preserve professional connections with insurance companies and patients.

active listening abilities as well as the capacity to communicate complicated ideas succinctly and clearly.

Outstanding focus on patient happiness and customer service.
