Responsibilities

• In charge of contacting insurance providers (in the US) on behalf of physicians and following up on unpaid accounts receivable

• To rank the aging basket's outstanding claims for calling.

• If the patient's insurance information is insufficient or ambiguous, to verify that it is appropriate.

It is important to promptly escalate challenging collecting circumstances to management.

• Needs to be familiar with the fundamentals of revenue cycle management (RCM).

Experience: 1+ yrs 

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai
