Skills required:

In-depth knowledge of medical coding guidelines, including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS

Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer regulations.

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and other relevant compliance standards

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve coding and billing issues.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate reports on quality performance
