Job Description

Responsibilities:

To find out the status of underpaid claims, call patients and insurance companies.

Examine and address rejections, underpayments, and claim denials.

Monitor unresolved claims and make sure they are resolved promptly.

Create and submit appeals for claims that have been rejected, making sure to include all necessary supporting evidence.

Get in touch with patients to settle billing questions and collect unpaid amounts.

Patients should be informed about billing statements and available payment methods.

Experience: 0 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
Location: Chennai
