What you’ll Do:

Enter and update patient demographic information into the Practice Management System or medical billing system with accuracy.

Make sure all insurance and demographic fields are formatted correctly and consistently.

Meet data input turnaround times (TAT) and productivity goals on a daily and monthly basis.

When necessary, cooperate with other departments by supplying precise demographic information.

Keep thorough records of all the work you do and any problems you run into.
