Roles And Responsibilities:

To enquire about unresolved claims, call insurance firms.

Examine and settle claims rejections, underpayments, and denials.

Talk about unpaid accounts and payment choices with patients over the phone.

Assist patients with questions about insurance coverage and billing statements.

Find and report mistakes in billing and coding.

Help resolve inconsistencies in billing and coding.

Make sure that HIPAA and other pertinent laws are followed.

Experience: 0 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
Location: Chennai
