Responsibilities

Account Monitoring: Track and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements related to accounts receivable.

Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Customer Communication: Collaborate with customers to resolve payment issues and ensure timely payments.

Financial Analysis: Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and potential problems.

Reporting: Prepare and present reports on accounts receivable performance to management.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all accounts receivable transactions.
