Responsibilities

Claim Follow-up: Follow up on unpaid and denied claims with insurance carriers.

Denial Management: Analyze denial reasons and take appropriate actions, such as appeals or resubmissions.

Payment Posting: Post payments to patient accounts accurately and timely.

Data Entry: Accurately enter patient and insurance information into the billing system.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all claims and follow-up activities.

Communication: Communicate effectively with insurance carriers, patients, and healthcare providers.

Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and other relevant compliance standards.

Role: AR Caller

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai

Salary: from 14K to 18K per month
