Job Description

The AR Caller is in charge of getting in touch with patients and insurance providers to settle unpaid accounts receivable (AR) amounts. Investigating claim denials, appealing rejected claims, and making sure reimbursements are made on schedule are all part of this job.

Responsibility:

To follow up on unresolved claims and settle payment concerns, call insurance companies.

Examine and evaluate underpayments and claim denials.

Speak with patients about payment choices and unpaid bills.

To stop denials in the future, investigate and fix denial-related problems.

Check the patient's eligibility and insurance coverage.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai
