By conducting thorough quality assurance testing and analysis, the QA Analyst is in charge of guaranteeing the precision and adherence of medical billing procedures. Reviewing claims, spotting mistakes, and creating plans to increase billing accuracy are all part of this job. 

Duties:

Examine medical claims thoroughly to make sure they are accurate and adhere to payer policies and procedures.

Find and record anomalies, errors, and discrepancies in billing.

Create plans to increase the acceptance rates of first-pass claims and stop denials in the future.

Verify adherence to relevant standards and HIPAA regulations.

Create and produce reports on performance indicators and QA findings.
