Job Description

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from payers with questions or concerns about claims.

In accordance with agreed-upon prices, bargain with payers for fair compensation.

Provide the most recent claim status and resolution notes to patient accounts.

Encourage the prompt resubmission of amended claims or appeals.

Keep abreast of the rules, regulations, and submission specifications unique to each payer.
