Responsibilities

To enquire about unpaid medical costs, get in touch with patients and insurance providers.

Respond to patient billing questions and account-related concerns.

Investigate and settle insurance claims that have been rejected or unpaid.

Work with patients and insurance companies to achieve payment arrangements and negotiate payment plans.

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai
