Job Description

A highly driven and meticulous Payment Posting Executive is needed to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. Making sure that patient and insurance company payments are posted accurately and on schedule is a critical responsibility of a Payment Posting Executive.

Requirements:

Payouts from patients, insurance companies, and third-party payers should all be accurately posted to patient accounts.

In the practice management system, accurately enter payment details.

Verify posting accuracy and reconcile daily payment batches.

Identify any possible problems or areas for improvement by analysing payment trends.

Skills:

high degree of data entry speed and accuracy.

excellent attention to detail and the capacity to spot and fix mistakes.

the capacity to examine data, spot irregularities, and fix problems with payment posting.

Excellent time-management and organising abilities, including the capacity to set priorities and adhere to deadlines.

It is preferred to have a basic familiarity of medical terminology.
