Job Description

Using websites, fax machines, emails, or phone calls, follow up with payers to guarantee prompt resolution of all pending claims.

Complies with and upholds the daily productivity and quality benchmarks set forth in departmental policies.

Collects payments and settles accounts using the client host system, workflow system, and other resources at their disposal.

Complies with the client/team's defined policies and procedures.

Location : Chennai

Experience: 1 to 5 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
