Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims by proactively contacting insurance companies by phone and online.

Analyse EOBs and remittance advices to look into and address claim rejections, underpayments, and denials.

Speak with patients about billing questions, payment options, and unpaid amounts.

Accurately update account information and handle patient payments.

To efficiently monitor and address denials, make use of denial management tools and reports.
