Roles and Responsibilities:

Examine rejection reports, payment posting reports, AR ageing reports, and other financial data to find trends, patterns, and deviations.

Determine the underlying reasons for underpayments, claim denials, and reimbursement delays.

To find recurring problems, payer trends, and coding/billing errors, thoroughly examine claim denials.

Create and carry out corrective action plans in conjunction with the billing and coding teams to stop denials in the future.

Determine differences between expected and actual payments by analysing payment variations.

With patients and insurance companies, look into and settle payment disputes.

Experience: 0 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
Location: Chennai
