Shift: Day (8 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Submit claims either electronically or on paper, making sure to include all necessary documents and correctly fill out all relevant forms.

Determine and settle any differences between the amounts paid and what was anticipated.

Call insurance providers again to find out the status of your claim, the reasons for denial, and the processing timeframes.

Try to find the best possible reimbursement by resolving complicated claim concerns.

Create and forward patient statements for any outstanding accounts following insurance processing.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
