Job Description

The Payment Posting Executive is responsible for accurately and efficiently posting payments received from insurance companies and patients into the billing system. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of medical billing and payment processes. 

Duties:

Post insurance company and patient payments into the billing system with accuracy.

Check and balance payments with remittance advices and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).

Enter payment information into the billing system as accurately and efficiently as possible.

Work together with the AR team to address payment and denial concerns.

Respect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA regulations.
