Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in teams to handle medical billing claims and work toward group objectives.

By contacting the payer or using the IVR or web portal, review the claim that has been assigned and verify its status.

Depending on the veracity of the claim, pose a number of pertinent questions, then document the answers.

Take in all business rules that the client provides, process transactions accurately and on schedule, and maintain meticulous records of all transactions.

Engage in the learning and compliance activities of the firm.

Utilize your understanding of medical billing to report performance on KPIs for customers.

Role: AR Callers

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Salary: From 18K per month negotiable based on work experience

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
