Responsibilities

Collaborate in groups to handle medical billing transactions and work toward collective objectives.

Examine the assigned claim and verify its status by contacting the payer via IVR or the web portal.

Depending on the problem with the assertion, pose a number of pertinent questions and note the answers.

Assimilate any business rules that the client provides, and process transactions accurately and within the allotted time frame.

Engage in the company's compliance and learning activities.

Utilize your understanding of medical billing to report on client KPI performance.

Experience: Freshers
