Responsibilities

Follow-up on Insurance Claims: Contact US insurance companies regarding unpaid and rejected claims.

Denial Management: Examine the sources of the denial, find the core causes, and take corrective action.

Appeal Procedure: Get appeals for rejected claims ready and submit them.

Data Quality: Assist medical providers in guaranteeing accurate and comprehensive claim data.

Effective communication with US-based healthcare providers and insurance companies is essential.

Regulatory Compliance: Comply with HIPAA rules and other applicable requirements.

Reporting: Create summaries of trends and critical performance metrics.
