Job Description

Responsibilities

Contact insurance companies via phone, fax, or email to follow up on pending claims, resolve denials, and obtain authorizations.

Negotiate with insurance companies to secure timely reimbursement for medical services.

Identify and address any issues related to claim denials or rejections.

Respond to enquiries from patients about insurance coverage and billing statements.

Receive payments from patients over the phone or through other authorised channels.

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai
