Job Description 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Post payments received from insurance companies (EOBs/ERAs) and patients into the billing system accurately and efficiently.

Reconcile payments with daily bank deposits.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in payment posting.

Research and resolve payment denials and adjustments. This might involve some basic denial management follow-up.

Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions.

Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding payment inquiries.

Experience: 0 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
Location: Chennai
