In the Medical Billing Sector, an experienced AR Caller is Needed.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Make follow-up calls to patients and insurance companies regarding unsettled claims.

Underpayments, rejections, and claim denials should be looked into and addressed.

Look for irregularities and payment issues in the Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).

Talk to patients and insurance companies about payment schedules.

Respond to patients' enquiries regarding billing and payment issues.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations pertaining to healthcare.

Salary: Based on Previous Experience
