Your Impact:

We are seeking a skilled and analytical AR Analyst to join our medical billing team. The AR Analyst will be responsible for analyzing accounts receivable data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance. This role requires a strong understanding of medical billing processes, insurance regulations, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze AR data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days in AR, denial rates, and collection rates.

Analyze denial trends and develop strategies to reduce denial rates.

Review payment postings and ensure accuracy.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable laws

What you Need:

Strong understanding of medical billing and coding terminology (CPT, ICD-10).

Proficiency in using medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Advanced knowledge of insurance payer regulations and reimbursement processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
