Responsibilities

In this role, you will perform pre-call analysis to check claim statuses and maintain thorough documentation on client software, ensuring a clear audit trail for future reference. You'll handle claim follow-ups by recording after-call actions and conducting post-call analysis. Additionally, you will assess and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone calls, aiming to resolve them at the first point of contact for efficient claim processing.

Role: AR Caller

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Salary: From 18K per month

Location: Chennai
