Your Impact:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven AR Caller to join our medical billing team. You will be responsible for proactively following up on outstanding claims with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. Your efforts will directly impact the financial health of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

To find out the status of unpaid or rejected claims, call insurance companies.

Determine and address underpayments, rejections, and claim denials.

Take the necessary steps to address claim problems and stop denials in the future.

Create and examine AR reports to find patterns and areas that need work.

Respect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA regulations.

What you Need:

Strong understanding of medical billing and coding terminology (CPT, ICD-10).

Familiarity with various insurance payers (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid).

Proficient in using medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
