Job Description

We are looking to add a highly driven and meticulous Payment Posting Executive to our vibrant Finance team. Ensuring that patient payments and insurance reimbursements are posted to patient accounts in a timely and accurate manner is a critical responsibility of a Payment Posting Executive.

What you will do:

Accurately and quickly post patient payments and insurance reimbursements to patient accounts in the billing system.

Examine and resolve discrepancies and payment denials.

Verify and accurately enter payment information into the billing system.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient account records.

Assist with bank reconciliations to ensure that all payments are properly accounted for.

outstanding precision and speed in data entry.

outstanding typing skills and a keen eye for detail.

capable of identifying and correcting errors as well as analysing and resolving payment discrepancies.

organisational and time management skills, including the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.

a strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors.

Experience: 3+ yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Schedule: Night Shift

Location: In and Around Chennai
